I’m Tim Skelton, Scoutmaster for Troop 668 in Sandy, living paycheck to paycheck. Raised in Sandy, tied to OTSD’s low-income roots, I mentor Scouts and know the struggles of foresters in John Day, parents in Corvallis, and workers in Roseburg.

Why I’m Running:
As a Scoutmaster, I teach leadership and service. I’m running to give working-class Oregonians a voice with my $1.74B plan, funded by grants, for 197 communities.
